The Opportunity:

CACI's Agile Solution Factory (ASF) is hiring a SharePoint application developer to support a key CACI Department of Defense (DoD) Program.
ASF programs thrive in a culture of innovation and are constantly seeking individuals who can bring creative ideas to solve complex problems, both technical and procedural, to the team. The ability to be adaptable and to work constructively with a technically diverse and geographically separated team is crucial.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the program by providing analytical and administrative services associated with the utilization of Distributed Learning classrooms in the 54 States and Territories.
  • Analyzing project-related problems and creating innovative solutions involving scheduling, technology, methodology, tools and solution components.
  • Provide data analysis and visualization.
  • Performing scheduled and allocated work, providing advice and guidance, and resolving problems to meet technical performance and financial objectives.
  • Ensuring product quality and timeliness of efforts.
  • Responsible for the operational oversight of the application.
  • Troubleshooting user help requests and debugging issues on the portal.
  • Creative ideas and innovative approaches for building robust capabilities that facilitate collaboration across the project team as well as the client and other key stakeholders.
  • Deconstructs current business processes to ensure they are in alignment with existing policies, processes and procedures.


Qualifications:

Required:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen, with or eligible for a Government security clearance.
  • College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline.
  • Five (5) years work experience developing SharePoint portals and related technologies.
  • Ten (10) years overall experience in the IT field.
  • Hands-on experience with Web/SharePoint architecture design, Workflows, and Search configuration & refinement
  • Utilization of Microsoft Power BI to provide additional visualization of data.
  • Experience working effectively in and fostering highly collaborative, team-oriented environments.
  • Understanding of web environments in large IT organizations.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of information architecture principles and user-centered design principles.
  • Knowledge of current best practices in web design, usability, and accessibility.
  • Ability to create and maintain articulate, structured technical documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills; must be able to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Proven communication skills; articulate and able to communicate with associates from different functional areas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$75,200-$158,100
