The Opportunity:

Manage and grow the CACI RM&A program supporting multiple defense acquisition on and development programs

provide expert analysis and over site for a high functioning team of engineers and analysts leverage data analytics and machine learning tools to support growth of CACI initiatives

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strong internal and external customer relationships.
  • oversee development of RM&A modeling and simulation tools.
  • oversee development of advanced data analytics dashboards and automated system health reports.
  • mentor and train junior employees in RM&A tools and best practice.


Qualifications:

Required:
  • B.S. Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or similar
  • 10+ years performing RM&A Engineering Group for DoD projects
  • Knowledge of standard modeling and simulation, FRACAS, reliability growth, RCM, and provisioning tools to supportenhanced availability and reliability
  • experience with DoD, DoN, and other industry standards and handbooks for reliability and availability
  • strong ability to communicate highly technic analysis fi ndings both orally and writt en
  • familiarity with standard DoD acquisiti on development cycles and requirements as they pertain to RM&A
  • experience managing teams of engineers and analysts performing RM&A analysis for DoD projects
  • An active Secret Security clearance.


Desired:
  • 10+ years performing RM&A analysis on Naval assets
  • familiarity with RAPTOR, OPUS, Reliasoft , and WQS soft ware suites
  • experience managing naval ship acquisition on RM&A analysis for new construction on projects

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$103,800 - $218,100
