Responsibilities
- Support the development and alignment of enterprise architectures, ensuring system capabilities, features, and services comply with mission requirements and applicable agreements.
- Provide technical and strategic support to DoD/IC acquisition, requirements, and PPBES processes.
- Collaborate on the integration of capabilities across government, commercial, and foreign partners to ensure compliance with architecture and data-sharing standards.
- Prepare and deliver analytical presentations and briefings for senior leadership, including program management reviews and stakeholder meetings.
- Assist in the oversight of program development activities, including:
- CONOPS development
- Technology roadmap planning
- Requirements definition and allocation
- Cross-segment/interface alignment
- Verification, validation, and transition to operations
- Participate in Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) and technical reviews to evaluate integration issues and technology readiness.
- Provide input on lifecycle decisions including deployment, operations, and retirement planning.
- Support system engineering lifecycle activities including decomposition, allocation, and validation across programs and segments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Systems Engineering or a related STEM field such as Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems.
- Experience with systems engineering of large, complex System of Systems (SoS) or Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA) in cloud, on-premise, or hybrid environments.
- Demonstrated experience supporting capability integration across multi-agency and multinational environments.
- Familiarity with government acquisition and requirements processes, including PPBES.
- Strong understanding of systems engineering lifecycle, technical planning, and enterprise-level oversight.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and senior leadership stakeholders.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility required.
