Responsibilities
- Serve as a key advisor on DoD and IC acquisition processes related to GEOINT technologies and programs.
- Support the development, implementation, and testing of GEOINT standards conformance across enterprise systems.
- Coordinate with standards governance bodies, including the DoD IT Services Registry (DISR) and Intelligence Community Services Registry (ICSR).
- Collaborate with the Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) and similar organizations to support enterprise GEOINT testing, evaluation, and data performance assurance.
- Contribute expertise in DoDAF artifacts and enterprise architecture for large-scale system implementations.
- Provide guidance on the operational use of GEOINT in support of U.S. military and intelligence missions, including future warfare systems.
- Support outreach, strategic planning, and technical documentation related to GEOINT capabilities, services, and standards.
- Conduct conformance assessments and performance reviews to ensure compliance with GEOINT standards and mission requirements.
- Deliver technical briefings and recommendations to senior stakeholders on GEOINT data integration and standardization efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geospatial Intelligence, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 15 years of experience supporting GEOINT programs or initiatives within the DoD or Intelligence Community.
- Deep understanding of GEOINT standards, data formats, and integration best practices across enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with DISR, ICSR, DoDAF, and JITC conformance and governance processes.
- Experience supporting military or IC operations through geospatial data modeling, fusion, and analytics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to brief senior leadership and work collaboratively across technical teams.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility required.
