Responsibilities
- Track, assign, and manage internal and external taskers, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather responses, briefings, and deliverables for leadership review.
- Support program management activities, including calendar coordination, action tracking, and meeting support.
- Assist with logistics, document preparation, and communications for internal and external engagements.
- Maintain accurate records of tasker assignments, due dates, and response statuses using task management tools.
- Collaborate with human resources, operations, or training teams as needed to ensure administrative alignment with mission needs.
- Provide general support to front office leadership, maintaining a professional and responsive interface with staff and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or a related field such as Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
- Demonstrated experience in Program Management, Operations Support, Human Resources, Training Support, or Logistics Support.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive information and multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with government task tracking tools or databases.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility required.
