We're looking for an experienced Multimedia Graphics Designer to create high-impact visual and animated content that communicates complex intelligence topics to senior U.S. Government and Intelligence Community stakeholders. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and produce high-quality video and animated content aligned with mission objectives and strategic messaging.
- Create motion graphics and animations to visually communicate technical or abstract concepts.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts on scripts, storyboards, and production planning.
- Support the visual design of intelligence products through clear, consistent, and aesthetically sound graphics.
- Manage end-to-end multimedia projects including editing, sound, rendering, and archiving.
- Lead design sessions, clarify content and style expectations, and manage production timelines.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, copyright policies, and internal production workflows.
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant multimedia or visual design experience
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
- Expertise in motion graphics, video production, animation, and traditional graphic design
- Strong skills in visual storytelling and information design
- Proven experience managing high-visibility projects under tight deadlines
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive-level stakeholders
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus
