CACI is seeking a Sales Engineer that will be responsible for providing technical product support for the core Mastodon Design product portfolio, including system operation, user training and troubleshooting. This role involves investigating customer requirements for product and system applications and work will directly with Product Management to build those into the product development plans. In addition, you will assist both internal and external customers with system troubleshoot triage and path to resolution. Lastly, you will support customer focused demonstration events, performs end user training, and work with technical publications group to enhance the training curriculum and materials.

More About the Role:
  • Recommends enhancements to both current and future products, systems, and processes.
  • Work with engineering, sales, program management and systems engineering on product content for responses to RFI's/RFP's and other inquiries requiring specific product knowledge.
  • Ensures the consistency and accuracy of product documentation including product specifications, marketing material, and technical support documentation.
  • Identifies and supports the need for applications notes to facilitate proper fielding and application of equipment.
  • Supports customer demonstrations, field trails and other customer facing events as required.


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/ Associates Degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
  • Travel: Up to 50% or more, including potential for international travel
  • Familiarity with tactical communications networks, signals intelligence collection equipment and electronic warfare operations.
  • Training and presentation experience with internal and external customers


Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with working with sales or front-end of the business personnel, as well as dealing directly with customer and end users.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment within a rapidly growing business and evolving organization
  • Military service/background, preferred
  • Experience with managing 3rd party vendor or partner relationships, preferred
  • Enjoys working with people, developing relationships, and sharing knowledge
  • This position may require the candidate to be able to obtain a security clearance

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$68,400-$143,700
