Job Title: Space Electronic Warfare (SEW) Professional
Location: On-site – Colorado Springs, CO
Clearance Required: TS/SCI (SAP eligibility required for many roles)
Salary Range: $112,000 – $140,000 per year

PatchPlus Consulting is seeking experienced Space Electronic Warfare (SEW) professionals to support multiple staff positions within Mission Delta 3 and Space Operations Command (SpOC) in Colorado Springs, CO. These critical roles provide high-level support to U.S. Space Force missions, requiring technical expertise and staff-level operational experience

✅ Provide SEW subject matter expertise across planning, operations, and strategy
✅ Support operational readiness and capability development
✅ Collaborate with leadership at Mission Delta 3 and SpOC
✅ Engage in high-impact work supporting U.S. Space Force missions
Requirements for all positions:
Active TS/SCI clearance (mandatory)
SAP eligibility required for many positions
Minimum 7 years of specialized SEW experience (10 years required for select roles)
Mandatory prior staff-level experience
Strong understanding of U.S. Space Force operations and electronic warfare mission sets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
