SME 3

The SME will:

• Collaborate and coordinate with stakeholders and customers to define project scope and recommended solutions
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and brief government stakeholders on findings and actions
• Provide technical leadership with special focus on customer service including team collaboration, leading technical syncs, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Experience with cradle to grave ticketing process, providing guidance and recommended solutions from initial request through closure
• Experience managing infrastructure buildouts consistent with industry standards and best practices, such as telecommunications and data centers
• Strong understanding of cable plant, WAN/LAN/CAN infrastructure with the ability to engage with government and commercial vendors for new and existing dark fiber builds that support high bandwidth applications.

Education/Experience

Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university is required in addition to six (6) years' experience in collection, processing and distribution technology. Ten (10) years' experience in collection, processing and distribution technology can be substituted for a bachelor's degree and six (6) years' experience.

Salary: $180,000-$200,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position, but is not guaranteed. Salary is based on experience, location and contractual requirements which could fall outside of the range listed.
