Strategic Resilience Group (SRG) is seeking a highly skilled Military Operations Analyst to provide operational planning, training management, and standardization support to the 1st Space Brigade, USASMDC. The analyst will deliver expert-level guidance in support of Operations, Training, Standardization, and Evaluations across five mission areas aligned to USSPACECOM, USSTRATCOM, and USNORTHCOM objectives.

Position Responsibilities:
Operations Development & Execution Support:
Draft, coordinate, and track Brigade Weekly Orders, Operations Orders (OPORDs), and Fragmentary Orders (FRAGOs)
Manage suspense tracking, brief development, and maintain commander’s critical information requirements (CCIRs)
Attend and support staff meetings, operations & intelligence briefs, and training meetings
Input and validate readiness data in Defense Readiness Reporting System – Strategic (DRRS-S) through NetUSR
Contribute to the Organizational Inspection Program (OIP) and ensure compliance with USASMDC inspection standards
Training Management:
Develop and publish annual and quarterly Brigade Training Guidance in accordance with FM 7-0
Coordinate and facilitate Semi-Annual Training Briefs (SATBs), EXORDs, and subordinate unit training plans
Manage the development, synchronization, and approval process for the Brigade METL (Mission Essential Task List)
Support leader development programs (OPD, NCOPD, Sergeant’s Time Training) in accordance with AR 350-1
Missile Defense Battery Support:
Develop evaluation materials and participate in certification exercises (e.g., Table VIII)
Support training and planning efforts at global Missile Defense Battery sites, including hardship locations if needed
Program Management and Reporting:
Support the TO Program Manager with reporting, quality control, and submission of monthly status and technical reports
Prepare white papers, technical briefings, and documentation to support command-level decisions and external communication
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in military operations, preferably within a brigade or battalion-level S3 or equivalent staff
Experience supporting space operations, space control, missile defense planning, or similar functional areas
Strong knowledge of Army planning processes, military doctrine, and operational readiness frameworks (FM 7-0, AR 220-1)
Demonstrated experience using readiness systems such as DRRS-S, NetUSR
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to brief senior leaders and develop professional presentations
Proven track record of independence, initiative, and reliability under operational tempo
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior service as a senior NCO or commissioned officer in an S3 or operations/training capacity
Experience supporting USASMDC, USSPACECOM, or missile defense-related organizations
