Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$103,800 - $218,100

The Opportunity:
Come join our CACI team to be part of an innovative fast-paced highly technical IT team as a ServiceNow MariaDB Server Administrator in support of the EITaaS contract for the United States Air Force.
Responsibilities:
- Hands on management, configuration, operation, and support of MariaDB databases in support of self-hosted ServiceNow environments.
- Develop technical solutions, implement them, and perform appropriate testing.
- Work with senior leadership and a team with a variety of subject matter expertise on the criteria and configuration required for ServiceNow MariaDB to operate effectively and efficiently.
- Intermediate to senior level of ServiceNow and MariaDB required.
- A fundamental understanding of relational databases.
- Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.
- Candidate must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to implement on time to a project schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Experienced in operating REHL servers and working as a system administrator.
- Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members.
- Understands technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow and MariaDB.
- Understand load balancing and network performance as it related to database queries.
- Participate in development of system documentation and technical reports.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.
- Requires on site (Chantilly, VA) work location 5 days a week to be in proximity to self-hosted ServiceNow instances and environment.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 15+ Years of relevant experience (bachelor's degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience).
- Advanced experience with ServiceNow implementations including managing and operating MariaDB in a clustered environment.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle)
- Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system.
- Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs.
- Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications.
- Active DoD secret clearance.
- At least one of the following certifications:
- Certified ServiceNow Developer
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator
- Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, CSM, or similar)
