The Opportunity:

Works onsite with the client to track invoices and payments, review invoices for compliance with specified contract (e.g., correct rates, labor categories, POP, etc.), route invoices and supporting documentation through the review process, coordinate activities and respond to questions from multiple vendors, internal stakeholders, and other government staff.

Works with the government's financial management system, UFMS, as well as other tracking databases and spreadsheets. Maintains electronic and hard copy files, including scanning documents. Prepares reports and performs other financial management tasks, including reconciliations, assisting with quarterly and annual reporting and analyses, and gathering data in response to data calls. Additional tasks may include supervision of contractor staff, arranging routine and emergency service and maintenance of office equipment.

Performs quality control and ensures timely delivery of all specified deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Directs and supervises clerical staff in performing support functions such as photocopying, courier/delivery services, document retrieval, faxing information, etc.
  • Performs quality control and ensures timely delivery of all specified deliverables.
  • Tracks progress of all clerical activities and reports status to appropriate Contractor manager.
  • Arranges routine and emergency service and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Oversees the organization and maintenance of correspondence files.


Qualifications:

Required:
  • Ability to operate a variety of office equipment, including PCs, printers, photocopiers, scanners, telephone systems, fax machines, numbering, and binding equipment, etc.
  • Must be able to write and print clearly.
  • Must have typing/keyboarding skills and good communication skills.
  • Attention to detail very important.
  • Must take the initiative to ask questions when necessary to complete task correctly (e.g. where instructions are not explicit or appear to be contrary to the task objective).
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and ability to read and follow instructions very important.
  • Must be able to prioritize and manage work for several people.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proficiency with Excel and ability to work with numbers and sums.
  • Ability to interact with vendors in a professional manner.
  • Professional attitude and reliable.
  • Ability to work independently.


Desired:
  • Professional, can-do attitude is important, as well as timely and accurate work.
  • Experience in Accounting and Accounts Payable/Receivable is desired.
  • Experience with UFMS (DOJ's Unified Financial Management System) is strongly desired.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, preferably with advanced functions of Excel.

Pay Range:

This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI's government contract for the work location.

Minimum Req uired Hourly Wage:
$26.61
