The Fun Stuff:
Define, document, and communicate front end development standards, best practices, code review processes, and build websites and tools.
Interact with customers and development team to gather and define requirements.
Analyze user needs to determine the most effective solutions.
Design and develop visually pleasing, content-rich, user-friendly interfaces and intuitive navigation.
Immerse yourself in modern best practices, including code reviews, continuous integration and deployment, and iterative development.
Review, maintain, and improve user-facing code.
The Necessities:
You have 12 years of experience (degree(s) may reduce years req.).
You have experience developing user-friendly web apps using common commercially accepted programming languages (HTML, JavaScript, PHP, etc.).
You have the ability to troubleshoot software and web problems and provide solutions to overcome those problems.
You can test, maintain, and support high-performance, innovative software solutions.
You have a passion for creating innovative web applications.
You are an excellent communicator, mentor, and team player who works both independently and in collaboration with others.
The Nice to Haves:
Experience with Federal government clients
Experience with Java, XML

Work location is on-site in Springfield, VA.
The Salary:
Salary range provided during the selection process. Exact pay will be determined based on individual factors that may include years of experience, contract requirements, billable vs. non-billable, position urgency/demand, and location/telework options.
