Facilities management professional

You will manage space planning, construction, preventative and emergency maintenance, capital budgeting, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards. This position requires hands-on leadership, strategic planning, and coordination with government agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage facilities team and external contractors
Oversee space allocation, construction projects, and infrastructure planning
Manage HVAC, lighting, and other critical systems
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and building regulations
Maintain facilities work order and maintenance management systems
Collaborate with external government agencies
Support long-term strategic planning for facility upgrades and expansions

Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory
Bachelor's Degree with 9+ years of relevant experience, or
Graduate Degree with 7+ years, or
No degree with 13+ years of direct experience
4+ years of experience managing on-site facilities teams and service providers
Strong leadership and project management capabilities
Knowledge of construction, preventative maintenance, and building codes
Familiarity with facilities maintenance management software preferred
