Position Summary:



We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Property Book Analyst to support lifecycle property accountability and asset management operations for a major military logistics organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate property book records, supporting audit readiness initiatives, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance across the equipment lifecycle.



Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage property accountability for equipment valued in excess of $3B across a large organizational footprint.

Execute 100% physical inventory and coordinate with end users to sign down equipment in accordance with AR 735-5 and the Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP).

Process equipment dispositions in support of lifecycle replacement and modernization efforts, including documentation and transport coordination.

Catalog and onboard new LINs into the property book using AESIP and other Army logistics systems.

Serve as a key liaison during audit readiness reviews and collaborate with G6 Operations and SOCAAS project teams for equipment validation and transition.

Initiate and support Financial Liability Investigations of Property Loss (FLIPL) and collaborate with FLOs to resolve discrepancies.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on regulatory compliance and inventory best practices.

Support coordination and execution of property divestiture activities including sensitive and CCI items.

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in military logistics, supply chain, or property book management.

Proven experience with Army regulations including AR 710-2 and AR 735-5.

Strong working knowledge of GCSS-Army and AESIP systems.

Demonstrated experience processing equipment lifecycle actions (acquisition, cataloging, inventory, and disposal).

Familiarity with government-furnished property (GFP) accountability and contract support coordination.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.



Preferred Qualifications:

Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification.

Demonstrated Logistician (SOLE) certification.

OSHA 10 Certification and Forklift Operator Certification.

Experience supporting AMC or similar DoD organizations.

Education:

Associate of Arts in Supply Chain Management (preferred)

Additional training and certifications in logistics, safety, or property management (preferred).
