Senior SETA Systems Engineer - TS/SCI & PolyFort Meade, MD (On-site)

Coda Solutions Corporation is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support a long-term mission-critical program. Candidates will provide direct SETA support across the full systems engineering lifecycle for complex technical systems in a secure government environment.
Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
Prior SETA experience supporting mission-critical programs and familiarity with architecture frameworks, verification methods, and integration practices are highly valued.
Compensation:
$200,000 - $225,000 annually, based on experience and cleared role alignment. Final offer depends on candidate qualifications and position fit.

- Lead and manage system engineering processes from concept to delivery
- Define and track system requirements, interfaces, and architecture
- Participate in technical working groups and integrated product teams
- Evaluate performance, document system designs, and advise on technical risks
- Engage daily with government customers, contractors, and SETA colleagues
Minimum Qualifications:
- 20+ years of experience in systems engineering
- Active TS/SCI w/ Poly (must be currently held)
- Experience with large-scale, mission-focused systems
- Strong communication and documentation skills
