A Day in the Life – What You’ll Do
• Program in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python to develop advanced cyber tools and capabilities in support of national security operations.
• Lead the design and development of end-to-end data flows and tasking mechanisms for mission-focused CNO tools.
• Serve as a senior contributor in software architecture discussions, design reviews, and code readiness evaluations, following government development protocols.
• Author and maintain complex technical documentation supporting system integration, development, and operational deployment.
• Deliver and participate in high-level technical presentations and project briefings to both internal and government stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship to junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-security environment.
Is This You?
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Engineering, or related field from an accredited institution
• Experience: 12+ years of relevant programming experience; OR 10+ years with a Master’s Degree; OR 16+ years without a degree
• Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph
• Traits: Senior-level technical leader, proactive problem-solver, and strategic contributor with a passion for national defense and innovation

• Expert-level proficiency in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering mission-ready CNO capabilities
• Deep understanding of software architecture, government software engineering procedures, and technical review processes
• Proven ability to author and deliver technical documentation and briefings in high-visibility environments
• Strong leadership in collaborating across multidisciplinary, classified development teams
Preferred:
• Experience mentoring development teams and guiding architecture-level decisions
• Familiarity with classified systems, cybersecurity best practices, and offensive tool development
• Knowledge of agile software development within national security or DoD programs
