Electronics Technician – Security Systems
Location: Anniston, AL
Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance

Overview:
Insight Global is seeking a skilled Electronics Technician to support a long-term sustainment program focused on security systems maintenance. This role involves performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and supporting electronic security systems such as card readers and CCTV. The ideal candidate will have a strong electronics background, relevant certifications, and the ability to respond to on-call issues within defined timeframes.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quarterly and semi-annual preventative maintenance on electronic security systems.
Test and verify functionality of card readers, CCTV systems, and related components.
Identify and document system issues; submit service tickets for resolution.
Provide on-call support: acknowledge issues remotely within 4 hours and respond on-site within 24 hours.
Ensure compliance with DoD security and maintenance standards.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as an Electronics Technician or in a similar role.
Lenel Certified Professional or CompTIA Security+ certification.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
IAT Level II (8140 compliant) certification.
Prior experience supporting DoD or federal security systems.
