CACI's Enterprise Network Solutions (ENS) division offers opportunities supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) with communication systems modernization projects. Our talented team of professionals help design, develop, procure, implement, operate/sustain, and enhance DoD networks and cybersecurity posture in support of national security.
Responsibilities:
Your focus will be on UC-Voice and Data Network Engineering, in support of an Army transition from legacy TDM systems. This position is in Wiesbaden, Germany and will require in theater travel (25% - 50%).

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Responsibilities:
Your focus will be on UC-Voice and Data Network Engineering, in support of an Army transition from legacy TDM systems. This position is in Wiesbaden, Germany and will require in theater travel (25% - 50%).
- Develop, design, configure and implement UC-Voice and data networks based upon the customer's performance criteria and specifications
- Conduct systems pre-test and acceptance tests to validate the designed performance criteria
- Structure mock designs based upon RFP specifications in support of the Bids & Proposal teams
- Collaborate with subcontractors at customer site for integration into existing telecom/network infrastructure
- Develop and perform technical presentations for customers
- Serve as technical resource at customer briefings
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians
- Serve as technical lead on projects
- Understand and adhere to all CACI Ethical and Compliance policies
- Proactively ensure a safe work environment and adhere to CACI EH&S policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field
- 8-10 years' experience with designing and deploying UC-Voice solutions and data network solutions
- Systems integration, migration and testing experience of UC-Voice and data networks
- Must possess professional level certifications for UC-Voice and/or data networking (Cisco, Avaya, Ribbon, etc) and security (Security+, CISSP, etc) for IAT Level III
- Experience with data network switching and routing
- Demonstrated ability to organize and develop complex, technical proposals that clearly address customer requirements.
- Flexible, decisive & proactive problem solver in a fast-paced environment Internal and external customer interface experience
- Demonstrated Leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Desired:
- Prior experience working with DoD voice or data networks
- Prior experience migrating from TDM to UC/VoIP solutions
- Experience with DoD network cyber security and DISA STIG requirements
- Experience in using drawing tools such as Microsoft Visio & AutoCAD
