What You'll Do
As an Identity Management Instructor, you will:
- Provide learning and performance solutions in all Identity Data Management (IdDM) disciplines, including course development/design, instructional delivery, mentorship, and advisory support.
- Apply significant practical experience in IdDM to bridge instruction with real-world applications for students.
- Support National, DoD, Component, or IC-level organizations with IdDM expertise.
- Conduct research, analysis, and community outreach to maintain subject matter expertise and ensure the course's relevance and currency.
What We're Looking For
✅ Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree with 11 years of experience, OR 15 years of experience instead of a degree.
- 3+ years of direct IdDM support experience.
✅ Preferred:
- Graduate of the Advanced Planner's Course and Due Diligence course or equivalent practical experience.
- Instructor training or equivalent teaching experience.
- Advanced familiarity with DoD IdDM fundamentals, missions, and functions.
- Experience in IdDM acquisition processes, travel support, and travel risk management.
- Experience with Signature Reduction, Cyber, Modernization, and Multi-Domain Environments.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Valid US Passport.
✅ Desired:
- 15+ years of total professional experience (Master's degree counts as 6 years).
