Position Overview
  • The Clinic Manager will act as the primary liaison between senior management and clinic units, ensuring smooth operational workflows, compliance, and project execution. The role involves leading and coordinating all licensing, construction, medical, and non-medical departments.
  • This position will be place in one of our Project in Makassar, with target Revenue IDR 2-3 Bio/month, and manage +/- 40 pax under and manage also several senior doctors/specialists and will also be active to deal with some new specialists to be recruited.


Key Outcome
  1. Licensing & Compliance by ensuring the clinic complies with all local, regional, and national regulations
  2. Construction and Facility Management by coordinate construction or renovation projects, ensuring timely completion within budget
  3. Department Oversight by supervise both medical and non-medical departments to ensure seamless operations
  4. Task Coordination by act as the communication bridge between senior management and clinic teams
  5. Leadership and Team Management by foster a collaborative and efficient work environment among departments
  6. Operational Efficiency by develop and implement operational workflows to improve service delivery
  7. To achieve target KPI set by management.
  8. Stakeholder Engagement by maintain positive relationships with external vendors, contractors, and partners


Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Oversee clinic daily operation.
  2. Monitor and optimize P&L, budgets while ensuring cost-effective solutions for the clinic
  3. Oversee the application, renewal, and monitoring of required licenses and certifications.
  4. Work closely with regulatory authorities to maintain compliance with healthcare standards
  5. Oversee clinic infrastructure, maintenance, and facility upgrades
  6. Ensure the clinic environment adheres to safety and operational standards
  7. Collaborate with department heads to resolve challenges, optimize resources, and implement policies
  8. Ensure alignment between departments and overall clinic goals
  9. Translate strategic directives into actionable plans for department heads
  10. Monitor and report progress on projects and initiatives to senior management
  11. Provide guidance, training, and support to staff as needed
  12. Conduct regular meetings with teams to align on goals and address challenges
  13. Oversee the procurement of equipment, supplies, and other resources
  14. Maintain positive relationships with external vendors, contractors, and partners
  15. Represent the clinic in meetings, negotiations, and external engagements


Selection Criteria
  1. Education: Medical, Hospital Management, a related field
  2. Proven experience in management, operations, or a similar leadership role (preferably in healthcare or related industries).
  3. Experience overseeing multiple departments or complex projects
  4. Strong organizational and project management skills
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  6. Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and resolve issues efficiently
  7. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in the healthcare sector is a plus
  8. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  9. Leadership with a focus on collaboration and team development
  10. Attention to detail and commitment to quality
