Position Overview
We are actively seeking an experienced Citrix/NetScaler Engineer to join our high-performing technical team in support of a mission-focused program. This role requires a seasoned IT professional with in-depth expertise in NetScaler appliances and Citrix Virtual Applications and Desktops, with a strong background in enterprise deployments and infrastructure integration.
The ideal candidate will bring 11+ years of experience and the ability to architect, implement, and support highly available, scalable, and secure Citrix environments across multi-vendor platforms.

Required Education & Experience
- Minimum 11 years of experience in systems or network engineering
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline (preferred)
- Proven hands-on experience with:
- NetScaler appliances (SDX, MPX, VPX)
- Citrix Virtual Applications and Desktops
- NetScaler responder and rewrite policies
- Configuration and management of VLANS, subnetting, LACP
- NetScaler appliances (SDX, MPX, VPX)
- Experience with enterprise environments across Hyper-V, Nutanix, and VMware platforms
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize XenDesktop user experience
- Strong communication and technical documentation skills
- Expertise in designing and implementing Citrix Gateway and GSLB
- Familiarity with NetScaler Console, pooled licensing, and policy management
- Experience in integrating NetScaler with enterprise networking teams
- Ability to create and manage custom HTML pages for user-facing interfaces
- Strong grasp of NetScaler management platforms and performance monitoring tools
- Relevant certifications in Citrix, NetScaler, or networking technologies are a plus
