- Software development with Java and UI frameworks such as Typescript, Angular, Vue, and React.
- Agile/DevOps processes
- Section 508 requirements and WCAG 2.1 & WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
- Qualitative and quantitative UX Research.
- UI Design.
- COTS accessibility issues.
- Supporting senior leaders and project managers.
- Designing complete user interfaces and user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
- Iterating designs and solutions efficiently using agile/scrum development processes.
- Using wire-framing tools, storyboards and user flows.
- Using and establishing UI/UX design best practices.
Highly Desired Qualifications

- Working directly with large organization(s) with dozens of development teams in a primary role of promoting and improving accessibility.
