Key Responsibilities
In this challenging yet rewarding role, you are an integral part of what brings our company's mission to life. You are primarily responsible for and/ or have demonstrated experience in, with or:
- Leading Lean Agile developments team to include generating sprint plans.
- Technical project management with full lifecycle software development.
- Translating customer requirements into system requirements and being able to define MVl's, Features and user stories within the Lead Agile construct.
- Meeting schedule and delivery commitments within budget.
- Developing and maintaining long-term and strategic objectives to ensure that end user requirements will be satisfied in future years.
- Using Jira for managing backlogs, portfolios, products and sprints.
- Monitoring the progress of multiple concurrent and highly visible projects and requirements.
- Recommending or taking required corrective actions.
- Using risk identification, management and mitigation.
- Tailoring complex technical ideas and concepts to be communicated to a range of audiences in briefing and reports.
- Working with reporting system for notifying system status and to seek approval for deployment to production.
Highly Desired Qualifications
Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include working with; using; familiarity with:
- Lean Agile methodolog
- Managing top line charts, sprint burn-up charts and sprint goals.
- Segmentation service, SecOps Pipeline, and JIRA Workflow.
