Insight Global is actively hiring a night shift RF Test Technician/Engineer to join our team supporting a DoD Program out of Linthicum Maryland.
The Secret Cleared RF Test and Development engineer will be responsible for setting up, calibrating, and operating RF, Digital, and Power equipment for factory testing of production products. You'll troubleshoot issues, support technicians, and analyze test data to identify trends. Collaboration with design engineering to improve hardware and testing processes is essential. You'll also monitor product yields, maintain program targets, and participate in meetings to develop corrective actions. Effective communication with various teams is crucial for success.
Minimum job requirements include:
- Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelors Degree and 2+ years experience in RF or Electrical Engineering/Technician experience
- Experience reading and interpreting schematics, specs, and block diagrams
- Experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting RF hardware and software equipment
- Experience with RF test equipment, such as scopes, power meter, spectrum analyzer, signal generator, etc.
