Job Description:
Insight Global is hiring multiple Network Operations Center (NOC) Technicians in Washington, DC to support the night shift. NOC Techs will serve as the first line of defense to alert and monitor a wide network of products and installations. This role is responsible for driving availability of critical user environments through direct technical support and collaboration with Engineering and Development teams. Additional responsibilities include data transfer operations and patch deployment, working with remote and local engineers to debug product issues across a wide network of environments and provide direct user support to geographically dispersed users. Provide diagnostic signal to developers on product performance and data health through log retrieval and administrative workflows. This is a long term contract sitting onsite with the Prime contractor.
Requirements
• active DoD Secret clearance (or higher)
• Ability and willingness to work shift work and nights as needed
• 8570 Compliant Certification(Sec +, CISSP, etc.).
• Hardware and Software troubleshooting fundamentals.
• Strong customer service and communication skills
Pluses:
• Adaptable learner that can adopt new processes and workflows.
• Previous NOC experience or related
Compensation:
$38/hr to $43/hr.
