The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Analyst (P3 Level) to support the Satellite Control Network (SCN) which ensures operational performance through consolidated services, including operations, site support, organizational and depot maintenance, system sustainment, and compatibility testing of operations, site support, organizational and depot maintenance, sustainment, modifications, and factory/launch compatibility testing. This position will require up to 25% or more travel.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide management, customers, and sub-contractors with logistics management information that ensures effective and economical support for products, service, equipment, and systems.
  • Conduct a range of logistics functions, including spares analysis, maintenance planning, item record maintenance, inventory, and Packaging, Handling, Storage, and Transportation (PHS&T) planning and execution.
  • Develop and implement PHS&T plans to ensure the safe and efficient movement and storage of SCN equipment and components.
  • Ensure packaging, handling, storage, and transport comply with DoD and international standards for military and sensitive equipment.
  • Perform logistics management operations involving planning, coordinating, and/or evaluating the actions needed to support specified mission requirements and system components for the Satellite Control Network (SCN).
  • Implement tenets of the DoD Product Support Manager Guidebook and the 12 Integrated Product Support (ILS) Elements to integrate logistics requirements.
  • Analyzes various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, or maintenance/repair activities for one or more modification projects.
  • Provide inputs on Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL), Request for Proposal (RFP), Basis of Estimate (BOE), Statement of Work (SOW), Bill of Material (BOM), and Performance Work Statements (PWS).
  • Collect, process, and maintain data for analysis and reports. Perform functions in various Databases such as GOLDesp, PowerLogJ2, and other government approved systems.
  • Develop, maintain, and coordinate revisions for product support documents including technical orders (T.O.), drawings, level of repair analysis reports, provisioning analysis, reliability, maintainability, and availability reports, and PHS&T instructions to ensure compliance with DoD policies and regulations.
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop procedures that are cost effective and meet business objectives.
  • Recommend improvements to existing or planned logistics processes.
  • Provide analytical support for projects, new business opportunities and proposals.
  • Perform, support, and sustain logistics functions to include system fault analysis, life cycle maintenance, and integrated product support (IPS) of major systems.
  • Familiarity with shipping, receiving, inventory management, and stock control procedures, with emphasis on packaging and handling best practices.
  • Simplify and standardize the collection and use of maintenance data.
  • Assess and maintain compliance with federal and foreign regulations governing the shipment, receipt, and documentation of imported/exported products.
  • Determine optimal packaging methods and materials to ensure the protection and regulatory compliance of sensitive equipment during transit and storage.
  • Coordinate with transportation providers to optimize shipping routes and methods for cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
  • Oversee inventory management to include proper storage conditions and shelf-life management for all SCN assets.
  • Assess and maintain compliance with federal and foreign regulations governing the shipment, receipt, and documentation of imported/exported products, including specific PHS&T requirements.


Qualifications:

Required:
  • US Citizenship
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration with 5 years of military logistics experience; OR Associate's degree/High School Diploma with 9 years of experience
  • 3-5+ years performing logistics functions and integrated product support of major systems
  • Experience with US Air Force Logistics and Supply functions within the SCN
  • Knowledge of PHS&T regulations and best practices
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% (CONUS/OCONUS)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database management


Desired:
  • Experience with Contractor Supported Weapons Systems (CSWS)
  • Familiarity with Engineering Change Proposals (ECP)
  • Knowledge of DoD logistics systems (e.g., D375, D143, D043, ILS-S)
  • Experience with federal logistics databases (e.g., WebFLIS, FEDLOG, GOLDesp)
  • Understanding of DoD and commercial packaging standards
  • Experience with hazardous material handling and transportation regulations
  • Ability to perform and document Maintenance Task Analysis (MTAs)

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$61,600-$129,300
