Graham Technologies is seeking a strategic-minded Sustainment Data Analyst with deep expertise in logistics systems, Knowledge Management (KM), and Information Management (IM), alongside strong capabilities in Geospatial Information Systems (GIS), to support our customer at MacDill AFB. This role requires a thorough understanding of sustainment and logistics systems and their associated data, integrating and analyzing information from multiple theaters of operation. The analyst will transform complex, diverse logistics data into actionable insights, enabling mission-critical decision-making on a global scale. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in logistics systems integration, geospatial mapping, and enterprise knowledge management, ensuring seamless data flow and knowledge sharing to support operational success worldwide.

Location: MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa, FL

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enterprise Sustainment Systems Integration and Data Management
    • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Enterprise Sustainment Systems used across multiple network domains (e.g., Unclassified, Classified and Coalition).
    • Ensure USCENTCOM J4 Tools are fully operational, current, and validated with data from authoritative logistics sources as well as bottom-up system reporting at the tactical/operational level.
    • Manage user access controls and tailor data fields to meet evolving mission and operational requirements.
  • Data Visualization and Geospatial Intelligence
    • Familiar with creating dynamic geospatial visualization products using tools such as Google Earth, ESRI, Palantir, and NGA data layers to support operational logistics awareness and decision-making.
    • Produce KML files and other GIS-based outputs that provide interactive, real-time visual representations of sustainment data, enhancing situational awareness for the J4 Director and staff during planning and execution.
    • Assist in the design and implementation of intuitive data mapping solutions that connect complex logistics data to geospatial visuals, improving user interpretation and enabling faster, more informed decisions.
  • Business Process Optimization and Knowledge and Information Management
    • Analyze, map, and document end-to-end logistics workflows to identify inefficiencies, streamline processes, and improve the accessibility, visibility, and accuracy of sustainment data across the enterprise.
    • Apply logistics data expertise to align system functionality with operational needs, ensuring timely and reliable data support for planning, readiness, distribution, and sustainment operations.
    • Lead enterprise-level initiatives to implement, integrate, and optimize sustainment data systems and digital tools, driving interoperability and enabling data-driven decision-making across joint, coalition, and interagency environments.
    • Develop and maintain centralized knowledge and information management (KIM) frameworks that promote consistent data standards, structured information sharing, and long-term data stewardship.
    • Facilitate collaboration between functional logistics experts, data analysts, system developers, and command staff to harmonize business rules and ensure solutions are mission-focused and user-aligned.
    • Assist in the establishment of a governance processes and best practices for capturing, storing, curating, and disseminating logistics knowledge products, ensuring continuity, traceability, and mission relevance.
  • SharePoint Administration and Information Governance
    • Administer and maintain SharePoint environments across NIPR and SIPR networks, supporting secure, organized, and efficient access to sustainment and logistics data.
    • Conduct routine content audits, manage user permissions, and perform updates to ensure data integrity, availability, and compliance with information governance standards.
    • Support the development and maintenance of structured document libraries, team sites, and workflows to enhance collaboration and knowledge sharing across the enterprise.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting
    • Prepare and support USCENTCOM in providing logistics systems demonstrations to USCENTCOM leadership and other Combatant Commands (COCOMs), clearly conveying logistics updates, risks, and recommendations.
    • Participate in various Boards, Bureaus, Centers, Cells, and Working Groups (B2C2WGs), providing informed input on sustainment matters and ensuring accurate representation of data-driven insights.
    • Respond to taskers and data calls in a timely and professional manner, ensuring responsiveness and alignment with command priorities.
    • Communicate effectively-both orally and in writing-with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates, share findings, and support informed decision-making.
    • Foster collaborative relationships across directorates, functional teams, and partner organizations to ensure unity of effort and shared situational awareness.

Required Skills:
  • Must possess active DoD Top Secret/SCI
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics analytics, geospatial analysis, or related roles supporting military operations.
  • Strong knowledge of military logistics systems and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) tools such as ESRI, Google Earth, or Palantir.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint, data visualization tools, and presenting geospatial data to support sustainment decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to brief senior military and government leaders, translating complex logistics data into actionable insights.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration, including timely response to taskers and participation in operational working groups (e.g., B2C2WGs).
