Position Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to support Fortune 500 and 1000 customers, government and DoD clients, and to grow within a collaborative, dynamic team. The SharePoint Developer-Architect will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing scalable SharePoint solutions that meet enterprise needs. The role requires both deep technical expertise and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to translate business requirements into secure, high-performing SharePoint environments.
Responsibilities:
-Architect, develop, and maintain SharePoint solutions
-Customize SharePoint sites, pages, and workflows
-Lead SharePoint migration projects and platform upgrades
-Ensure compliance with IT security standards and best practices
-Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 tools and third-party systems
-Collaborate with business units to analyze requirements and deliver user-friendly solutions
-Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers

Qualifications:
-Strong background in SharePoint development and architecture
-Experience in designing and managing large SharePoint environments
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
-Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Years of experience: 8+ years SharePoint experience, 3+ years in an architect role
Certification Requirements: Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint or Microsoft 365 preferred
Education Requirements: Degree or Equivalent Experience
Salary Range: $152,000 – $196,000
Security Requirements: Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
