CACI is looking for an experienced, innovative, and motivated E ndpoint Systems Specialist to support the mission objectives and needs of the customer , the Defense Intelligence Agency . The position is contingent upon award of the DIA SITE III CIO Information Services (CIS) contract.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$90,300-$189,600

CACI is looking for an experienced, innovative, and motivated E ndpoint Systems Specialist to support the mission objectives and needs of the customer , the Defense Intelligence Agency . The position is contingent upon award of the DIA SITE III CIO Information Services (CIS) contract.
Responsibilities:
- Deploy, operate , and maintain physical, virtual, and cloud-based client desktop and mobile endpoints.
- Monitor and manage Forcepoint TTC, Citrix, Azure, AWS, and VMware infrastructure, ensuring secure and reliable administrator and end-user access.
- Provide Tier 2 support , including incident analysis, troubleshooting, break/fix activities, and hands-on touch labor for devices, components, and solutions.
- Analyze requirements, concepts of operations, and system architectures to deploy and maintain engineered infrastructure components.
- Maintain optimal user experience and infrastructure utilization through capacity and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams and Government stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure system availability, reliability, and operability.
- Enforce audit, archiving, and retention policies to ensure compliance with IC, DoDIIS , DoD, and federal regulations .
- Conduct testing, automation, and deployment of software, applications, and patches using environment-specific tooling.
- Develop Beta and Acceptance test cases and utilize Lab facilities for testing designs and technologies before deployment.
- Ensure continuous patch management for workstations and servers across all networks and security domains.
- Monitor and manage hardware/software licenses, BIOS configurations, device drivers, and full disk encryption using NIST-, FIPS-, and NSA-approved encryption algorithms.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Must hold a current Top Secret clearance and be SCI eligible
- A BS/ BA in Science, Technology, or Engineering and 1 2 + years of experience, MS/ MA and 1 0 + years of experience, or PhD and 8 + years of experience , AS / AA and 14+ years of experience
- Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience integrating, operating , and maintaining IT hardware and software solutions.
- One or more of the following certifications: 1- Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) 2- Citrix Certified Associate-Virtualization, Azure Fundamentals, or 3 - OEM equivalent VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization
- Current DoD 8140 - IAT II Certification ( e.g. CompTIA Security+)
- Willingness to learn new skills and new technologies .
Desired:
- Familiarity with IC ITE services and classified environments
- Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM systems
- ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
- Citrix Certified Professional-Virtualization, VMware Certified Advanced Professional - Data Center Virtualization Design, and Azure Administrator certifications
- Ivanti User Workspace Administrator
