The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee major program activities in Electronic Warfare and/or RF systems. The ideal candidate will provide project supervision, manage technical teams, and ensure successful delivery of complex, multifunctional projects

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and direct technical project/program personnel to meet objectives with top quality and performance
  • Lead large, complex projects involving multifunctional tasking
  • Plan and supervise major system life cycle support tasks/functions, including requirements definition, acquisition, integration, test and evaluation, fielding/installation, and disposition
  • Interpret technical data produced by internal teams and external contractors
  • Plan program funding and technical milestones
  • Manage day-to-day activities of multiple complex efforts, including tracking funding and developing briefings for leadership
  • Provide guidance to internal and external teams to meet project milestones


Qualifications:

Required:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in Electronic Warfare and/or RF systems
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Strong understanding of Electronic Warfare and/or RF technologies
  • Proven experience leading technical teams
  • Ability to interpret complex technical data
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in program funding and milestone planning


Desired:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience working with government contracts and programs

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$75,200 - 158,100 USD
