Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior Staff Management Officer to support The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) under the G3X/G2X Global Counterintelligence & Human Intelligence Analysis and Support Contract. Responsibilities:
• The Staff Management Officer shall provide a full range of intelligence and administrative support to enable CI, HUMINT, and SR activities and INSCOM staff actions.
• Develop, track, and update organizational contact rosters, charts, presentations,
briefings, taskings, and Operations Orders (OPORDS) for senior-level and executive consumers.
• Develop, edit, staff, synchronize, and coordinate CI, HUMINT, and SR presentations, products, memorandums, and other deliverables for senior-level and executive consumers.
• Develop, staff, and synchronize INSCOM G-3X personnel actions, to include awards, position descriptions, and updates.
• Monitor the INSCOM G-3X personnel manning status and include information relating to positions and functions in relevant briefings and presentations.
• Deliverables: A021 CONOPS, OPLANS, and OPORDS, A022 Strategic Assessments, Reports, White Papers, Briefings, and Coordination
• Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency.
• Must have knowledge and experience with Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) related to their duties.
• Experience interpreting policy and drafting Army and DoD level memorandums.
• Advanced proficiency in Enterprise Task Management Solution System (ETMS2)
• Must be able to perform other duties, responsibilities, and activities as needed.
• Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI) on a pre-appointment and periodic basis.
Required qualifications/skills:
• At a minimum, a Master's degree.
• Microsoft 365 certificate
• Military or Government Training/Education:
o Army - Captain Career Course or Senior NCO Course (or Military Department / IC equivalent).
• 12 full-time years in a management or leadership position.
• 8 full-time years of G-staff/action officer experience supporting a strategic intelligence organization, to include maintaining accountability of staffing actions, organizing senior-level meetings and briefings, coordinating personnel actions, and disseminating information across the enterprise.
• 5 full-time years of executive correspondence and briefings
