Responsibilities:
• The Signature Reduction Management Officer shall provide highly qualified personnel to support the CI, HUMINT, and SR mission.
• Services include CI, HUMINT, and SR analysis and support, collection management, intelligence management, signature and identity management, intelligence planning, technical planning, classified research, data analysis, and
technical writing.
• Deliverables: OPSEC Standing Operating Plan, Strategic SR Information Reports, Plans, and Annexes, Strategic Annual SR Program Reviews and SR SOPs/TTPs, Threat and Vulnerability Assessment Report.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency.
• Must have knowledge and experience with Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) related to their duties.
• Experience interpreting policy and drafting Army and DoD level memorandums.
• Advanced proficiency of Enterprise Task Management Solution System (ETMS2)
• Must be able to perform other duties, responsibilities, and activities as needed.
• Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI) on a pre-appointment and periodic basis.
Required qualifications/skills:
• At minimum a Bachelor's degree.
• Certifications: BOSC; FOSS
• 10 years full-time in a Military Intelligence or IC role
supporting CI, HUMINT, SR, or other sensitive/specialized
intelligence activities.
• 8 years of staff/action officer experience supporting an
Intelligence organization, to include maintaining
accountability of staffing actions, organizing senior-level
meetings and briefings, coordinating personnel actions, and
disseminating information across the command.
