What You Will Do
  • Daily interface and coordination with Operations, IPT Lead, Program Management and Mission Assurance
  • Ensure compliance of Government regulations and in accordance with Raytheon policies and procedures.
  • Align processes across relevant programs and strive for continuous improvement.
  • Manage and execute within program budget.
  • Support onsite and off-site warehouse operations to include receiving, stores, material control, fulfillment, kitting, property, packaging, and shipping.
  • Develop and deploy functional strategies to drive process efficiency and accuracy.
    Monitor key performance measurement (metrics) and prepare various Logistics reports in support of internal, government, and
    other program requirements.
  • Identify and analyze process deficiencies and provide solutions to address a variety of inventory, warehousing, shipping, and scheduling requirements.
  • Travel within the United States is required not to exceed 10%

This is a 1st shift, onsite position.

Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Project, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with SAP/PRISM/APEX software systems
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.


Qualifications We Prefer
  • Experience with ALCS
  • Experience driving a variety of forklifts
  • Experience in a Material Consolidation, Manufacturing and Depot, Production or Performance Based Logistics (PBL)
  • Property Management in a government contractor environment
  • Import/Export requirements knowledge and hazardous material management.

-Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
