We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Administrator to support and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with VMware virtualization, Windows domain administration, and networking concepts. This role requires a proactive problem solver with strong analytical skills and a commitment to ensuring system reliability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Virtualization Management: Build, configure, maintain, upgrade, tune, and troubleshoot VMware virtual infrastructures.
• Windows Domain Administration: Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and WSUS.
• Server & Client Management: Administer Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 and Windows 10/11.
• Networking Support: Apply basic networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VLANs, and subnets.
• Physical Infrastructure: Rack, stack, and install physical IT equipment as needed.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance requirements.
• On-Call Support: Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to support critical IT operations.
Required Qualifications:
• Active TS/SCI with Poly
• 9 years of relevant IT experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience in place of degree will be considered
• High Degree of Experience building/configuring/maintaining/upgrading/tuning/troubleshooting VMware virtual infrastructures
• VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV)
• Experience with the following aspects of Windows Domain Administration:
◦ Active Directory
◦ Group Policy
◦ DNS
◦ DHCP
◦ WSUS
• Experience with any of the following virtualization products and services: Citrix, Nutranix or HyperV
• Experience managing Windows Server 2012/2016/2019; Windows Client 10/11
• Working knowledge of basic networking concepts: TCP/IP, VLANs, subnets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work on a 24/7 weekly on call rotation
• Willingness to participate in WMA or CONUS travel (
