The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for a Program Finance Analyst for Navy's Landing Platform Dock (LPD) program. This role is supporting the Department of Navy-NAVSEA.

Must be a US Citizen to be considered. This position is onsite 100% of the time in DC.

Responsibilities:
Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Responsible for all program level financial analysis and reporting.
  • Execution of planning and analysis, funding document preparation, and execution tracking and reconciliation.
  • Will assist in the analysis and supporting justification material in support of preparing budget exhibits.
  • Will provide financial input for LPD program briefings and reports.


Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience plus a minimum of 3 years of related Finance experience.
  • Program cost control and management using cost baselines, revenue and profit recognition and forecasting, customer reporting and invoicing support, direct and indirect rate analysis, annual and multi-year planning, monthly forecasting, program compliance with FAR and GAAP regulations, and program initial set up to include project codes with work breakdown structure and billing set up.
  • Familiar with DOD/DON financial policies and regulations
  • Navy ERP experience is desired
  • Must have advanced MS Excel
  • Experience with Budget cycle development
  • Must be a US Citizen with an active US Secret Clearance


Desired:
  • At least 3 years of DOD/Department of Navy (DON) specifically NAVSEA shipbuilding financial management experience and/or Program Planning Budget and Execution (PPBE) process
  • Knowledge/experience with DOD acquisition phases
  • Experience DON/NAVSEA shipbuilding programs

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$66,100 - $135,600
