CACI is looking for a Program Finance Analyst for Navy's Landing Platform Dock (LPD) program. This role is supporting the Department of Navy-NAVSEA.
Must be a US Citizen to be considered. This position is onsite 100% of the time in DC.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$66,100 - $135,600

The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for a Program Finance Analyst for Navy's Landing Platform Dock (LPD) program. This role is supporting the Department of Navy-NAVSEA.
Must be a US Citizen to be considered. This position is onsite 100% of the time in DC.
Responsibilities:
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for all program level financial analysis and reporting.
- Execution of planning and analysis, funding document preparation, and execution tracking and reconciliation.
- Will assist in the analysis and supporting justification material in support of preparing budget exhibits.
- Will provide financial input for LPD program briefings and reports.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience plus a minimum of 3 years of related Finance experience.
- Program cost control and management using cost baselines, revenue and profit recognition and forecasting, customer reporting and invoicing support, direct and indirect rate analysis, annual and multi-year planning, monthly forecasting, program compliance with FAR and GAAP regulations, and program initial set up to include project codes with work breakdown structure and billing set up.
- Familiar with DOD/DON financial policies and regulations
- Navy ERP experience is desired
- Must have advanced MS Excel
- Experience with Budget cycle development
- Must be a US Citizen with an active US Secret Clearance
Desired:
- At least 3 years of DOD/Department of Navy (DON) specifically NAVSEA shipbuilding financial management experience and/or Program Planning Budget and Execution (PPBE) process
- Knowledge/experience with DOD acquisition phases
- Experience DON/NAVSEA shipbuilding programs
