Overview:
The Program Manager will provide critical, day-to-day leadership to ensure effective governance of the program. This individual will work closely with and report to the Deputy Program Manager (D/PM), supporting their priorities and resolving issues that enable overall program success.
This role includes managing high-priority projects, interfacing with key stakeholders, supporting SETA contractors, and overseeing administrative support staff across multiple locations and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize customer requirements to ensure deadlines are met and expectations exceeded
- Act as technical project manager for high-interest/critical initiatives
- Maintain effective working relationships with SETA contractors and subcontractor POCs
- Oversee administrative support staff responsible for:
- Program information management
- Data organization and retention
- Appointment coordination and correspondence
- Travel documentation
- Record maintenance
- Establish and oversee strategic and tactical action processes
- Produce periodic reports and highlights
- Participate in Zeta-led team activities focused on tradecraft and mission challenge resolution
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and managerial capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comprehensive understanding of management and financial practices across business operations
- Superior time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related tools
- Demonstrated ability to supervise, coordinate, and lead cross-functional teams
- Ability to work 100% on-site in Fairfax, VA
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (required)
- Experience in the Intelligence Community (IC) with a track record of technical accomplishments and leadership
- Demonstrated discretion, judgment, and teamwork in government and industry environments
- Professional and collegial demeanor, capable of maintaining positive relationships with customers and colleagues
