Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Systems Engineer to support enterprise IT infrastructure projects with a focus on network engineering and NetScaler proxy services. This role is best suited for professionals with a strong background in core networking protocols, system integration, and virtual desktop infrastructure.
Required Education, Experience & Skills

• Minimum 11 years of IT experience with a Bachelor's or Master's degree -OR- 13 years of IT experience without a degree
  
• Expertise in the following network protocols and services:
  
• DNS, DHCP, ARP, TCP/UDP
  
• IP Subnetting, NAT, vLANs, Service Ports

Hands-on experience with NetScaler proxy services

Advanced knowledge of OSI layers and how they apply to network troubleshooting and design
Preferred Education, Certifications & Skills

• Master's degree in Programming, Computer Science, or related field
  
• Experience with Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
  
• Network+ or equivalent network certification
  
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with:
  
• Server Load Balancing (SLB)
  
• Global Server Load Balancing (GSLB)
