We are seeking a highly skilled IT Program Manager to work on-site in Washington DC. This position requires an active Top Secret SCI clearance.

This role requires a proven leader with deep experience in IT operations, security, and program management within high-security environments. The IT Program Manager will lead enterprise-wide efforts to ensure the effective operation, maintenance, and security of national security systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of the Department's national security network infrastructure and systems.
- Manage and provide leadership for network/server operations, end-user helpdesk support, and cybersecurity services.
- Support Risk Management Framework (RMF) security assessment and authorization processes in compliance with client policy.
- Direct incident response efforts related to national security systems.
- Lead the integration and execution of security projects, evaluations, and enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Maintain and enhance the security posture of systems, tools, and networks through regular maintenance, updates, and testing.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on a range of technical and programmatic security topics.
- Provide strategic and operational guidance to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Clearance: Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
- Experience: At least 10 years of relevant IT experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a supervisory or program management capacity.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
- Certifications: Must possess active certifications in:
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
Desired Skills:
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of federal cybersecurity frameworks, particularly RMF and CNSS policies.
- Proven experience leading IT operations in secure, classified environments.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and lead cross-functional teams.

- Maintain focus and awareness throughout scheduled working hours.
- Perform tasks requiring prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk, utilizing a computer, mouse, and keyboard.
- Lift and move objects weighing up to 15 pounds as needed.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
- Quickly learn and retain routine tasks and processes.
- Possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, business correspondence proficiency, and self-management capabilities.
