Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain complex and diverse front-end software systems, including real-time processing and large-scale data interfaces.
- Build and refine intuitive user interfaces using Angular and integrate with Java-based backends.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and system validation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into high-quality software solutions.
- Utilize AWS cloud services for deployment, scaling, and management of software components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
- Contribute to design decisions, technology stack selection, and documentation.
- Apply software engineering best practices, including Agile development, code reviews, and version control.
Required Qualifications:
- Fourteen (14) years of experience as a Software Engineer supporting programs of similar scope and complexity.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. (An additional 4 years of SWE experience may be substituted for a degree.)
- Demonstrated experience developing responsive UI/UX components using Angular (v8+).
- Proficient in Java development, including interfacing with front-end components.
- Hands-on experience deploying or developing software within AWS environments (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway).
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and performance optimization for web applications.
- Familiarity with COTS/GOTS integration and software reuse strategies.
- Experience working in Agile or DevSecOps environments.
