Overview:

Overview:
Coda Solutions Corporation is seeking an experienced Software Test Engineer - Level 3 (TE3) to support high-priority test and evaluation (T&E) activities on mission systems within the Intelligence Community. The selected candidate will develop and execute evaluation strategies, coordinate with test organizations, and generate formal documentation aligned with program requirements and mission objectives.
This role involves hands-on system testing, collaboration with engineering teams, and detailed reporting on system performance and readiness.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze system requirements, concept of operations (CONOPS), and acquisition documents to develop test plans and procedures.
- Prepare for, execute, and oversee data collection, test events, and evaluation analysis.
- Develop and maintain critical government T&E documentation including:
- Test & Evaluation Strategy
- Test & Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP)
- Event Test Plans
- Test Readiness Assessments (TRA)
- Final T&E Reports
- Coordinate and integrate testing with other test organizations across the program.
- Provide tailored test methodologies appropriate to the maturity, function, and performance level of each system component, as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
Basic Qualifications:
- Eight (8) years of experience as a Test Engineer on programs of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Bachelor's degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university. (Four additional years of TE experience may be substituted for the degree.)
