DNS Engineer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Configure and maintain Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (DDI) solutions to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Plan, test, and execute changes to Infoblox DDI infrastructure to meet client requirements.
• Provide clear communication with regular updates/reports to the customer and management team.
• Maintain the network authentication configuration using technologies such as Cisco ISE
• Ability to troubleshoot network issues and failures and follow best practices and troubleshooting methodology to quickly assess current situations, find solutions, and implement changes.
• Meet set service level agreements.

REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE

TS/SCI CLEARANCE WITH FS POLY REQUIRED

IAT Level 2 - CompTIA Security+ CE

Experience working for or with local government, service providers, and/or enterprises customers.

Education:

HS/GED w/15 years of experience

Bachelors w/10 years of experience

CompTIA Security+ CE

Mandatory Skills:

• Ability to work on call rotation as needed
• DNS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be a self-starter with strong attention to detail

Salary:

The likely salary range is up to $105K . This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
