Harkcon, Inc. is a service disabled veteran owned prime contractor that is submitting a proposal to provide procurement policy support to the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency. Harkcon seeks experienced professionals with the background required to perform the tasks listed below:
Clearance Requirement:
Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required at time of hire.
Education/Certification Required:
Mandatory: DAWIA Practitioner Certification in Program Management (or equivalent documented experience, education, and training).
Experience Required:
Minimum 6 years of program management experience supporting acquisition programs within DoD or IC.
Familiarity with DoD program management policies, cost and schedule tracking, and contract reporting.
Strong expertise in preparing dashboards, trend analyses, and executive-level reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and track Unliquidated Obligations (ULOs) and other emerging acquisition activities.
Prepare and perform quality checks on monthly reports and program metrics.
Maintain and update web-based tools and databases.
Conduct data analyses, identify process improvements, and recommend efficiencies.
Provide executive, business, and project support to acquisition leadership.
Skills:
Strong communication and briefing skills.
Expert in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Skilled in visualizing data and process flow charts.
Experience with web-based functionalities and SharePoint.
