Harkcon, Inc. is a service disabled veteran owned prime contractor that is submitting a proposal to provide procurement policy support to the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency. Harkcon seeks experienced professionals with the background required to perform the tasks listed below:
Education/Certification Required:
Relevant degree or technical training with proven experience in acquisition data analytics.
Experience Required:
Experience with structured and unstructured data sets in an acquisition or procurement environment.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with SQL, R, and/or Python for data conditioning and analysis.
Ability to create and maintain dashboards, databases, and workflow tools (e.g., SharePoint).
Proven skills in conveying complex data results clearly for executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and develop NGA’s web-based acquisition toolsets.
Develop dashboards and reporting solutions for contract metrics.
Perform statistical analyses on large acquisition data sets.
Provide recommendations for streamlining processes based on data insights.
Support compliance reviews with data summaries and trend analyses.
Skills:
Strong technical expertise in database principles and programming.
Excellent data visualization and storytelling abilities.
Clear communication and presentation skills.
