ASRC Federal Broadleaf is currently seeking qualified candidates to support our Intelligence Battle Lab (IBL) program at Fort Huachuca, AZ. We are seeking a highly experienced Intelligence Subject Matter Expert (SME) to contribute to the design, execution, and analysis of modeling and simulation experiments in support of the Army Futures Command (AFC). This role directly supports force modernization, concept validation, and the broader AFC campaign of learning.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide military intelligence expertise to support IBL experimentation and simulation efforts.
- Support the design and execution of modeling and simulation-based experiments.
- Develop coordinated support plans with external stakeholders for planning and execution of experiments.
- Assist in the development, analysis, and management of experimental activities and outcomes.
- Identify potential risks during experiments and recommend effective mitigation strategies.
- Operate and support military simulation tools such as OneSAF, IEWTPT, and LOTS.
- Contribute to modernization efforts through simulation support and intelligence insights.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
- Minimum of five (5) years of active-duty experience at Echelon Corps and Below (ECB) within the past five (5) years.
- Bachelors Degree(4 years of additional experience may suffice in lieu of)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Demonstrated success in collaborative, team-oriented environments.
- U.S. Citizenship and an active DoD TS/SCI clearance are required.
- Must be willing to travel up to 25%.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience operating relevant military modeling and simulation platforms.
- Primary work will be performed in an office setting.
- Tasks are mostly sedentary with repetitive hand and wrist movements.
- Must have the visual acuity to analyze data, read extensive documentation, and view computer screens.
