ASRC Federal Agile Decision Sciences is seeking a Software Developer - Senior III to join our Agile development team supporting the TSI REIM project under the U.S. Army CECOM SEC. This developer will support mission-critical application development for PM Mission Command (PM MC) and Tactical Mission Command (TMC) by delivering reliable, secure, and scalable software capabilities. You will work on backend services, web services, APIs, and containerized apps supporting command-and-control decision environments across echelons.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade software in Java (SE, EE, ME), C++, C#, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Implement secure, scalable, and modular microservices using RESTful APIs.
- Write automated scripts using Bash and PowerShell for system automation and CI/CD workflows.
- Integrate applications with XML, LDAP, and SQL-based backends.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries for high-performance databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server).
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with stakeholders to prioritize and implement features.
- Support code refactoring, technical debt reduction, and automated testing.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software development with a strong understanding of secure coding principles.
- Bachelors Degree in a related field(4 additional years of experience may suffice in lieu of degree)
- Proficiency in multiple languages (Java, C++, JavaScript, C#, PHP).
- Experience developing for DoD tactical applications or within RMF-compliant environments is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Army software architecture, mission command, or battle management systems preferred.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
