CACI is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager (PM) to lead a mission-critical, large-scale support effort for the U.S. Army Program Executive Office (PEO) Soldier.. This role is pivotal in overseeing the execution of a multi-functional SETA program spanning engineering, logistics, training, and business support across the full acquisition life cycle.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The ideal candidate will bring:

- proven program execution skills
- experience managing a dispersed workforce supporting rapid acquisition and f ielding under traditional and Middle Tier of Acquisition (MTA) pathways.
Responsibilities:
- S erve as the overall leader and primary point of contact for a complex Task Order supporting PM IVAS and associated Product Managers.
- Manage a diverse team of 230+ personnel, responsible for delivering integrated engineering, acquisition, logistics, test, and fielding support.
- Lead the planning and execution of tactical and operational goals aligned with PEO Soldier's modernization strategy.
- Ensure high performance across all task areas through performance management, quality oversight, and coordination with government leadership.
- Direct all aspects of cost, schedule, and performance to ensure contract deliverables are met or exceeded.
- Facilitate proposal activities, scope expansions, and business growth opportunities within the contract framework.
- Oversee compliance with security, safety, and operational requirements including SPOT, AT/OPSEC training, and other DoD directives.
- Interface regularly with senior Army stakeholders to communicate program health, identify challenges, and propose actionable solutions.
- Travel as needed to support site visits, operational fielding, and customer engagements at various CONUS/OCONUS locations.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Active Secret clearance (must be current).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in program or project management within DoD, including direct support to Army acquisition programs.
- Recent experience (within the last 3 years) leading SETA-based support efforts.
- Proven track record managing mid-to-large-scale programs ($50M+ annually).
- Experience leading a program team of 200+ personnel and managing geographically distributed teams.
- Demonstrated ability to address complex issues and influence policy and decision-making across organizations.
Desired:
- PMP or PgMP certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
- Experience managing programs valued at $100M+.
- Prior experience with MTA and rapid acquisition pathways.
- Knowledge of DoD 5000 series, AR 70-1, and Agile acquisition practices.
