The Opportunity:
The Readiness Training Scheduler will serve as a member of the CACI contract team supporting Air Education and Training Command's Future Operations Division (AETC/A3X). Duties will be performed at Randolph AFB, Texas. Provide centralized scheduling expertise supporting Air Force-wide training courses to include A3X-assigned Advanced Ready Training (ART) courses (i.e., ART-Core, ART - Outside the Wire, and Evasion and Conduct After Capture (ECAC)) and other pre-deployment training courses as identified in Air Component Requirement Codes and/or Reporting Instructions. Serves as military training subject matter expert - including registrar functions (student scheduling and administration) or aircrew scheduling.
Responsibilities:
Manages student training pipeline for assigned training. Determines proper training requirements as determined by government guidance. Coordinates with training venues for student placement and provides reports on training status. Must have working knowledge of training scheduling systems identified by government to include classified systems. Assists with office management to include security requirements, automated data processing equipment management, and other assigned duties related to pipeline management. Performs other assigned tasks to analyze scheduling and student training. Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with minimal supervisory oversight.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Military training experience and 3 years pipeline management experience.
- Experience and understanding of military training.
- Knowledge and understanding of military rank structure.
- Demonstrated capacity to serve as a professional team player.
- A proven record of producing high-impact results for a customer.
- Strong writt en and verbal communicati on skills.
- Current SECRET U.S. Government security clearance or ability to acquire a SECRET clearance.
- Experience with Deliberate Crisis Action Planning and Execution Segments (DCAPES) and Military Personnel Data System (MilPDS)/Oracle Training Administrator (OTA)
Desired:
- Bachelor's degree desired.
- USAF deployment experience in the past three years.
- Two years USAF MAJCOM or higher staff experience and/or technical training experience.
