ASRC Federal is seeking a qualified Google Administrator to support a DoDEA client at Peachtree City, GA.
This position supports the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) as a Google Administrator. The incumbent will manage and maintain the organization's Google Workspace environment, ensuring secure, efficient, and optimal use of Google services to support global educational and administrative functions.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Tasks must be completed in accordance with organizational policies and service-level agreements. 90% of assigned tasks are expected to be completed on time with no more than 10% rejected per quarter.
Work Conditions
Work will be performed on-site at DoDEA facilities with potential for telework based on government authorization. Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 0730-1730, excluding federal holidays.

ASRC Federal is seeking a qualified Google Administrator to support a DoDEA client at Peachtree City, GA.

The incumbent will manage and maintain the organization's Google Workspace environment, ensuring secure, efficient, and optimal use of Google services to support global educational and administrative functions.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Administer the Google Workspace environment including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet, and related services.
- Manage user accounts, organizational units, groups, and roles within Google Admin Console.
- Implement and enforce security policies such as two-factor authentication, data loss prevention, and mobile device management.
- Monitor system health, usage, and performance through dashboards and reporting tools.
- Provide technical support and training for users on Google Workspace applications and tools.
- Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with DoDEA's IT and data protection policies.
- Perform troubleshooting, issue resolution, and service request fulfillment related to Google Workspace.
- Document system configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures.
- BS/BA required and 5-7 years of experience or equivalent.
- Top Secret Clearance required.
- Google Workspace Administrator Certification (preferred).
- Experience managing Google Workspace in a large enterprise or educational setting.
- Knowledge of identity management and integration with directory services such as Active Directory.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based collaboration tools and cybersecurity practices.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
