Our Team is seeking qualified and motivated professionals to join our team in support of the Test Engineering and Analysis Services (TEAS) contract that provides non-personal services for test engineering and analysis, software development, and test support to White Sands Missile Range (WSMR). Specific functional areas include test planning, coordination, execution, and reporting of test results; data collection, management, and analysis; engineering and technical support; software analysis; Manpower and Personnel Integrations (MANPRINT); foreign national / media escorts; program management; and flight safety and systems engineering support services.

SA-TECH is currently looking to hire an Operations Specialist I at WSMR to provide crucial administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth execution of test and evaluation missions and related activities.
In this role, you may be responsible for receiving and handling taskings related to the program's mission, sometimes serving as a subject matter expert in your area, and could also get involved with creating or revising relevant policies and regulations. You may handle communications, tracking, and resource analysis that can involve managing internal and external communications, tracking suspenses (deadlines), and analyzing resource requirements.

Requirements
Education/Experience/Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or business (or a master's degree in a related field could be advantageous) or demonstrable relevant experience, especially with regulations, policies, and procedures related to test operations, planning, and execution.
- Must be able to effectively work with a variety of stakeholders and organizations.
- Must be able to work as part of a team or individually, depending on mission requirements.
- Current Driver's License required; must be able to be insured through company's vehicle insurance policy while driving work/government/rental vehicles during working hours, and for the duration of employment.
- U.S. Citizenship required and you must be able to obtain a minimum of a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance prior to hire date and maintain the requisite security clearance throughout employment.
- All candidates will be required to pass background screening to include SSN, Driver Record, and Criminal Background Investigation.
